Libra (Air)

23 Sep - 23 Oct If you were born in the 60’s, Libra, you might

feel a little unsettled. Don’t worry, this is because Pluto is beginning to influence your chart (it is also affecting Aries, Cancer and Capricorn). This doesn’t have to be a painful transit though. If jealousy or revenge are in your thoughts, you need to chat things over with someone. You could, of course, shrug the whole thing off and be completely oblivious and there is some sense in that. If I were you I’d plan things carefully and methodically.

Aquarius (Air)

21 Jan - 18 Feb Hope you’re well and happy. There is nothing to worry about. The sky is more blue than grey. All your friends love you, but you seem a little bored. Why? Ah, I know, you need some type of challenge. A mental one, not a physical one. Sudoku? Maybe that isn’t weird and wonderful enough for you. How about Astral Projection? Maybe you should be using your vivid imagination more creatively and joining a class or a group, so you can socialise and be inspired at the same time.

Gemini (Air)

22 May - 21 June All you need is love! Venus is in your sign during your birthday month. Lucky you! Get the children settled as you are going ‘out on the town’. Get those nails painted, the lipstick and the high heels on and go out and party, flirt and be your wonderful, chatty, interesting self. Do NOT stay at home moping about nappies or stretch marks. Venus only goes into your sign once a year as it travels at a slightly slower rate than the Sun and takes 225 days to complete the Zodiac. Now’s your chance to be full of love and warm, pleasurable feelings. And don’t forget to smile, it brings happiness and vitality to everything you do.

Cancer (Water)

22 June - 22 July Many Happy Returns Cancer. I hope you are enjoying a few quiet days with your family feeling needed, wanted and cherished. Have you sorted out your finances? Of all the signs that need financial matters to be settled to feel ‘whole’, you and Taurus share the same needs. Get realistic and make 2008 your year for getting seriously rich. Read ‘I Can Make You Rich’ by Paul McKenna (get someone to treat you for your birthday) and learn how to turn your dreams into reality. Scorpio (Water)

24 Oct - 22 Nov You’re still in the clear, Scorpio, at least until

the Winter. No planets doing daft or unsettling things. Everyone likes you. You can achieve all your goals. If you’re in love or moving house, you’ve got such positive energies going your way you can almost do no wrong. You’ve worked hard on improving things and now you can reap the benefits. In fact the world is your oyster, so a short trip overseas would do you the world of good, and bring some sunshine into that deep inner sanctum of your heart.

Pisces (Water)

19 Feb - 20 Mar Dear Pisces, I hope you are reading this with

your full attention. I must congratulate you on being so well behaved under recent stressful circumstances. You have resisted the urge to run off and hide in a fairy glen and instead have been working on being sensible and controlled. This is difficult to achieve considering the planetary influences at the moment, but nonetheless still attainable. If you need a break from all this sensibility, then I suggest a few days in a field or campsite with wings on.

Sagittarius (Fire)

23 Nov - 21 Dec Dear Sagi, I would like to whisper something

quietly in your ear. Are you looking after your close, personal relationships, or are you taking your partner for granted? A little bird has told me that your partner needs some TLC and your philosophical, care-free attitude is beginning to grate. Take a step back from your long-term aims and focus over the next few weeks on making your nearest and dearest feel loved and supported. Fire signs find it hard to notice subtle clues, which those close to you might have been exhibiting.

21 Mar - 20 Apr I’m sorry, Aries, if life seems a little unfair

at the moment. Yes, you want to have your cake and eat it. Yes, you want to be in control 24/7 but there is something missing. Self-reflection. Spend some time taking other people’s feelings into consideration, talking to them, asking them questions and really listening to their answers. You are slowly coming under the influence of Pluto and no amount of squirming or wriggling is going to release you from his awesome energies.

Leo (Fire)

23 July - 23 Aug OK, stand back! Mars is in your sign Leo. Do

something constructive with this fiery energy. Devote a few hours to some worth-while cause. Run a marathon. Arrange a swap-meet for your favourite charity. Get loads of signatures and save the planet from extra airports or motorways. Do NOT waste it arguing with your in-laws or finding fault with the car, the kids or your man. You know you have wonderful powers, so make sure you use the extra push from Mars in a positive way and we’ll all benefit.

24 Aug - 22 Sep Oh Dear Virgo. My clinic is now awash with

fretting Virgos. You are being subject to all your worst fears. One wife had her husband run off with another woman, one husband had his wife suffer from hysteria. Take a deep breath. Calm down. This influence from Saturn is going to last for 18 more months. You must stay calm and focused. Stand your ground and look for practical solutions to all the common issues around getting older. P.S. Capricorn (Earth)

22 Dec - 20 Jan Under the influence of Pluto, Capricorns are

beating a path to my door asking “How long will this last?” The answer is 15 years. 15 years of needing to get deep into those parts of you that you never even knew existed. You’ll be drawn to missives with psychological meanings, long forgotten poetry, the answers to ‘Life, the universe and everything’. Keep your sense of humour about you. On a brighter note Jupiter is still in your sign, so make some sound investments and by December you will reap the rewards.

Taurus (Earth)

21 Apr - 21 May Ah, the month starts with the Moon in your

sign. Spend a small amount of time on domestic tasks; cooking, cleaning, ironing and tidying the garden shed. Why do so many Taurean’s have garden sheds? What is it about needing to connect with the earth with such an array of spades and shovels and equipment? You need to be at one with Mother Nature, so work the garden then sit in a shady spot and review your hard work. The Summer sees you unfussed and relaxed. Enjoy!
